The long-awaited beginning

Finally, after a long time, I chose that the game would be in 3D... Having almost no experience in 3D (and 2D too), I was afraid that I would not succeed.. It turns out that it is, so even with the help of forums I won't be able to implement many functions, but I was able to rotate the camera! However, the rotation is only horizontal.. I do not know how to do it vertically.. And here are the first screenshots from 3D:

I do not know what else to add and how else to develop the game.. Help
